After trying various articles on the web and not getting very far Katherine has helped me with an eating plan to improve my health, which has been relatively easy to stick with. Fatigue

I thought I was well up on nutritional advice but in reality I was completely confused by conflicting advice and magazine articles. I was doing it all wrong, and Katherine simply put me on the right track and made it all seem so easy. After six months I had double the energy and I now sleep well and feel great. I've really noticed a big change in the stability of my energy levels and I'm managing to get a much better night's sleep with only one toilet trip! IBS

I had been suffering for years with bloating and terrible discomfort. By the end of the day, people thought I was pregnant. Katherine worked out what could be causing the problems and devised a plan to overcome them. I now enjoy food rather than dread eating. Tina

Dear Katherine, all is going well. Most of my symptoms have now gone and my energy levels are definitely better. My digestive problems and abdominal pains have now almost entirely gone and only resurface when I eat something I probably shouldn’t. Donna

Sport

As a professional athlete, I was aware my diet didn't live up to my requirements. Katherine designed a specific nutrition plan, which has helped me 100% - it gives me a clear and concise pattern and routine, helping me at peak performance times on the track and in the gym, whilst promoting recovery at rest times. It has also improved my sleep and my low energy levels. The plan made me perform better, and now that I have the correct fuel I intend to stick to it. Sean

Weight

I am self-employed, and the stresses and strain of running my own business had taken their toll. I was horrified to find out I weighed nearly 19st when I first went to see Katherine. Travelling and hotel life had made me so unhealthy, and I was sick of it. Now I weigh 16st and have completely changed my eating habits with minimum disruption to my hectic life. Hi Katherine, just to let you know that things are still going well. I am really pleased I have managed to loose the remaining 5 lbs and have now lost a stone. Can't believe it! I think cutting out the porridge altogether seems to have speeded things up again. Have actually managed to buy a gorgeous new dress for Xmas parties. So think now will probably aim maybe for another 7 lbs that would take me to 10 stone 13 lbs, and see how I feel then. Thanks again for all your help and advice. Rachel

A year ago I weighed 17st 5lbs, was lethargic, and unhappy with my size. I had tried various diets but whatever success I had was short lived. Thanks to Katherine's advice, encouragement and support I have lost 4 stone. To say I am satisfied is an understatement. Robert

I've been eating OK though and according to my scales I might still have dropped - I certainly haven’t put any on I can get in to 2 pairs of pants that were nowhere near fitting before - one of them had been in the wardrobe with tags on for a year! Stu

I have also lost 8lbs and don’t really feel like I have been on a “diet” as such, so hopefully by the time I see you I should be a lot lighter and feel better. Sarah
