• Initial Consultation (1 hour £60)
To address any health condition I would carry out an initial consultation. Prior to the consultation you will be asked to fill in an in-depth questionnaire.

This will give me information about any health concerns you have as well as details of your diet and lifestyle. This needs to be returned 3 days prior to your appointment. An initial consultation is an hour long in-depth investigation of all your health concerns, looking for links and connections to find the root cause of your health issues. I then explain to you what could be the contributory factors behind your health condition, and formulate an agreed dietary and lifestyle plan. The recommendations are realistic and achievable. During the initial consultation we will discuss any tests that may be appropriate, plus recommend additional supplements if required.

• Follow-up Consultation (45 minutes £40)
After the initial consultation we may recommend a follow-up consultation. The number of follow-ups required will depend on your initial health problem, how quickly you adapt and your level of motivation. These can continue for as long as you require. This is to assess your progress after the initial consultation and to make any necessary changes to your programme.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointments will be charged at 50% of the consultation fee.
